Freindly Monsters?!

There have been some questions concerning the role that certain creatures, particularly kobolds, will be playing in my game. All concerns have been noted and hopefully most of them will be addressed in this post or in a following one.
To begin with if a creature in a manual is listed as “usually” being of a certain alignment, and not “always”; don’t be to supprised if one turns up in a positive roll. For instance: In the city of Aurum the kobold residence have taken up the roll of civil servants. They serve as clerks, sanitation workers, and general matinence personel. They also serve in the higher civic offices, and become magistrates, councelors, and keepers of sensitive government documents.
This is just an example of how usually combat oriented races may be used in the game. If this bothers you in any way, I’d like to take this time to let you know that this is a no question zone. So don’t lose your shit when you run into a troll with a cabage cart, and don’t be a dick because of race. (to much).
