Apology to Kevin

Hey Everyone,
Looked up the rule that was debated over the other day and Kevin was right.
So Frank has a 2nd level slot added back to his daily limit.
Sorry, but it's been awhile since I've run and needed to brush on some rules.
Technically since Xanth was Invisible the NPC couldn't make an attack of opportunity. The NPC could've on his round acted and attacked the square with the 50% chance of hit/miss.

My bad as well Kev and Dave I interpreted as he did as long as he makes his listen and spot since its a free action. But I see were my logic is flawed since its not stated that one gets a aoo. My bad again
