Suggestions
You should have a Trap expert, Mage with a wide variety of spells, Healer and a Tank; so get together and figure it out. You will see a lot of Giants, Undead, Drow, Dragons and Plants so feel free to build to conquer them.
Alignment
I would prefer you to be from NN-CE, if you want to be good you may but it will be very hard for you and you most likely will die by your parties hand.
Back-story
You must provide me with a typed back-story for your Character; you cannot know any other PC. Pick a place in the World of Eberron where you’re Character comes from, this place cannot include Stormreach or Xen’Drik. You are High level so list some feats that your Character may be famous for and a small area that you control.
Level and ECL
Total starting ECL will be 16; you must use 5 levels on a monster class, template or other level adjustments. In other words you will have maximum of 11 class level, feel free to use more or all you’re ECL on a monster race.
Sources
All book are allowed to be used expect Ghost walk ; If you’re going to make a Character from the tome of the nine swords, tome of magic or magic of incarnum please know what your character can do and print up a sheet with the rules on it for myself and you!!!
How to make a monster
Method One

Some monsters will have an entry after the sample creature that says “(monster name) as Characters” this will give you the entire bonus that you receive for that character. To figure out total ECL of the monster you use (Level adjustment + Racial Hit Dice).
Monster Abilities
In the description of the ability the save DC will say where it comes from Con, Cha ect which is the relevant ability. Then apply that to this formula: DC= 10 +1/2 Hit Dice + relevant ability
If the entry has no “(monster name) as Characters” you can still use it by using the way describe below.
Feats and Ability Bumps
Your feats and ability bumps are based off your Hit Dice. 8HD would give you 2 stat bumps and 3 feats.
Method Two

Ability Scores

Check to see if the creature’s entry has any ability scores of 10 or higher. If so, for each score, subtract 10 (if the score is even) or 11 (if the score is odd) to get the creature’s modifier for that ability based on its race or kind. For example, a typical Minotaur has a Strength score of 19, so its racial ability modifier to Strength is +8 (19 – 11 = 8 ). Roll the PC’s ability scores (4d6, discarding the low die) and add the racial ability modifier to get the Minotaur PC’s Strength score.

For ability scores lower than 10, the procedure is different. First, roll the PC’s ability score (4d6, discarding the low die), and compare the roll to the monster’s average ability score, using either the table below that applies to Intelligence or the table that applies to the other five ability scores. For example, the Minotaur has a listed Intelligence score of 7, so the player consults the “6–7” column on the table that applies to Intelligence. She then rolls 4d6, dropping the low result, and gets a 10. Checking the left-hand column on the table and reading across to the proper column, she sees that her Minotaur PC has an Intelligence score of 6. The separate table for Intelligence ensures that no PC ends up with an Intelligence score lower than 3. This is important, because creatures with Intelligence score lower than 3 are not playable characters. Creatures with any ability score lower than 1 are also not playable, and you should think twice about letting in a PC with any ability score lower than 3. Use table A for Intelligence and all other stats use table B.

Determining Level Adjustment

It still stays the same (Level adjustment + Hit dice), the only difference is if it have class level you subtract that from its total. Example a Minotaur has 2 levels in barbarian with a HD: 8d8 so you subtract the 2 levels making it 6d8.

Starting stats are 3 lines of 4 drop the lowest re-roll 1's and 2's (only once ex. you roll a 1 and then roll it again and get a 1 you keep it, if you roll a 2 and get a 1 you keep the 2 not the 1)

When writing your back story try to use things from the players guide and campaigning setting from Eberron, tell me how you became so powerful, what do people call you (EX. Ivan the terrible). The more time work you put into it the better interactions in the world i can tailor to you. EXP will not be reward for a back-story instead I will be giving out a magic item for your work, the more you do and the more detailed it is the better item you will revise.

Make sure you take a look in the Eberron books they have all kinds of cool stuff.

If you have played a monster class before pick a different one switch it up

Try playing a different class (looks at Edd.....no barbarians or scouts for you!)
